Fibromyalgia: A Guide To Healing

I have had personal experience with fibromyalgia and I've seen several patients at
Sanoviv Medical Center
who suffered with various degrees of symptoms from this disorder. Different remedies worked for some people and not others, but lifestyle modifications, stress management, a healthy diet and optimal
nutritional supplementation
options seemed the best advise. I know that is what worked for me.
“There are now over 9 million people in the United States alone that have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. The hallmark symptoms are total body pain, fatigue, and non-restful sleep. One of the most frequent diagnoses I find made in these patients is depression. Their problem is what I refer to as an immunological depression. They just don't have enough energy to accomplish the goals they need to accomplish in their everyday lives. This leads to an immunological depression and discouragement. As they improve with the treatment and support I recommend, I hear over and over from my patients that they are no longer depressed.”
