Health Tune-Up

My first visit to Sanoviv in 2004 was the beginning of me becoming all I could be. Fifty pounds overweight, depressed, not sleeping well...in short life did not look very sunny.

My first visit turned my life around and then the next six visits cemented the good changes into place. My photos tell the story.

There is more at Sanoviv then the sum of its' parts. The people you meet become true friends, every person who works at Sanoviv is part of your new family and helping in any way they can and your doctor and psychologist are listening to you and doing the best that can be done.

Sanoviv is on my list to return to every year. I have to save up because I don't allow debt in my life, but it is always worth it. Someone asked me one day, "Cleo, why do you sacrifice so much fun that you could have with the money it takes to go to Sanoviv?" My answer is, "True, I could go to Hawaii for the same amount of money, but I would come home fatter and sicker!" At Sanoviv, I get my health checked up, I meet great friends, I always lose weight, I have world-class spa treatments and I go home happy." It's a no brainer for me. Hope to see you there one day.
