I am grateful for cellular nutrition

by John Geer
(Portland, Oregon)

About 14 years ago, I was introduced to (pharmaceutical-grade) vitamins. At the time, I had a cyst on my right wrist since childhood. At the age of 8, I had surgery to remove this cyst but after a few years, it returned. I decided to just live with it. I tried a grape seed extract for one month and to my amazement, it vanished and has not returned since.
I began at the same time to take Multiple Antioxidants as well as Minerals and the combination of the two has kept me and my wife free of any illnesses, such as colds and flus. We have also been taking a product for our arthritis, mine in my neck and for my wife, her knee where she had numerous surgeries. If we are not taking the product, the pain of the arthritis returns.
One other incident that I had recently was a minor stroke. I had been working a rather stressful job, developed hypertension and high blood pressure. For years it went unchecked until I went to the ER for symptoms of a stroke. I went and had a cat scan where the neurologist commented that for a man my age, it was amazing that my main arteries from my heart to my brain were all clean and clear. I would say that the supplements that I have been using all these years helped me immensely. It did appear though that my stroke was minor treated by a daily dose of aspirin as well as a high blood pressure medication. I am now working on alternatives to medication to control my high blood pressure such as Tai Chi, meditation and other supplements.
